4th year liberal arts and engineering studies major at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo

As a student at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo I have developed my technical and social skills through the university wide "learn by doing" motto. I am eager to use my education to create solutions to real world problems. My concentrations in industrial engineering and human centered design implore me to think critically and creatively to solve problems and engage with the world around me. I am passionate about living an intentional and mindful life and creating a future that is sustainable and inclusive.

A bit more about me

  • Travel

I absolutely love to travel, and feel the most like myself when I am exploring and meeting new people.

I had the wonderful opportunity to study abroad during the fall of 2021. I lived in Alicante, Spain and adored every second. Throughout my time in Spain, I also traveled around more of Europe and was able to visit France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Romania, and Turkey.

I have also been fortunate enough to solo travel through Peru for 7 weeks where I taught English to locals and explored Cusco.

I hope to spend the rest of my life seeing the world and all of its beauty.

  • The Outdoors

I am a lifelong lover of nature and enjoy spending as much time outside as possible. From hiking, backpacking, and camping, to reading in the yard with my chickens, I am always happy to be in nature.

With this love of nature comes a deep appreciation for the environment and a passion for sustainability. I care deeply about protecting our natural world and all of the life that inhabits it.

  • Home

I grew up in the greater Seattle area, but I always just say Seattle. I love Washington and am so grateful to have grown up in such a beautiful state with such a strong connection to the outdoors.

I moved to San Luis Obispo, California for college and have found another home in this beautiful city. The gorgeous central coast and all the people I am so fortunate to share it with continuously bring me joy.
