Product Manager

With the national organization Hack4Impact, my team partnered with the local nonprofit City Farm SLO to redesign and implement a new volunteer management system. As the product manager, I was responsible for maintaining the project and fostering the connection between my team and our partner nonprofit. I led weekly scrum meetings with the developers in partnership with my tech lead, met with City Farm SLOs director to organize deliverables, aided in website design, conducted user testing, and more. I was also responsible for the creation and upkeep of our Primary Requirements Document (PRD) which keeps the team on track and updated.
