Project Management for Software (IME 470) quarter long project

For a quarter long project in IME 470 I went through the ideation, design, and execution process to take a product from idea to market. I chose to create a new feature for the meditation app Headspace that focused on guided psychedelic trips as a method of therapy. Throughout the quarter I completed a pitch and proposal featuring a business case, user research, competitive analysis, a prioritized product roadmap, key metrics and more. I had so much fun using the knowledge I was gaining in my class and applying it towards a project I was so passionate in and excited about.
