Technology and Community Engagement (LAES 411) quarter long project

My department at Cal Poly, SLO founded and continues to run a community engagment program dedicated to bringing engaging STEM education to the local school district. During the spring quarter of the 2022 school year I helped lead a team to create an engaging storyline for high school students as they went through coding, structural integrity, motion capture, and audio engineering experiences. I conducted user experience research, led and participated in seminars about community engagement, technology, and diversity & inclusion, and studied the intersection between technology and inclusive education.
